Our client is a leading firm specializing in civil engineering solutions with a commitment to innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer with a focus on water projects to join our dynamic team.


Position Overview 


As a Senior Civil Engineer - Water, you will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing water infrastructure projects. You will work closely with a team of engineers and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects that meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design, analysis, and management of water-related projects including water treatment facilities, distribution systems, and stormwater management.

  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

  • Oversee the construction process, providing technical guidance and resolving issues as they arise.

  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to support project planning and development.

  • Mentor and provide technical support to junior engineers and staff.

  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the implementation of best practices.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 6+ years of professional experience in civil engineering with a focus on water projects.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

  • Strong knowledge of water systems design, hydraulic modeling, and environmental regulations.

  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, GIS, and hydraulic modeling tools.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
