Key Responsibilities:

• Lead land development projects, including site analysis, design, and construction oversight.

• Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and reports.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.

• Conduct feasibility studies and develop design solutions to meet project requirements.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in land development.

• Strong expertise in site design, grading, drainage, and utility systems.

• Proficiency in civil engineering software AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and more.

• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
