Position Overview


As a Senior Architect with LFK Architects, you will be a key leader in our team, guiding projects from concept through completion. This role combines high-level design responsibility with project management, making it perfect for a seasoned architect who thrives on both creativity and execution. In this capacity, you’ll oversee complex commercial and residential projects, shaping the architectural vision, ensuring technical accuracy, and navigating each project through intricate regulatory and approvals processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design and execution of complex commercial and residential projects from inception to completion.

  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability, cost, and timelines.

  • Produce detailed, high-quality architectural plans, renderings, and models.

  • Navigate the approvals process, including building permits, zoning approvals, and regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee and coordinate with external consultants, engineers, and contractors.

  • Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of innovation, learning, and sustainability.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, with a valid architectural license.

  • 8+ years of professional experience, with a proven record in commercial and residential architecture.

  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction processes.

  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional designs.
